Hi, I’m Nick. I joined the Recruitment team at LRG in Summer 2025, after deciding to take a new direction in my career following an extensive background in hospitality. Through this, I developed strong people skills and a customer-focused approach that I now bring into recruitment.

My role primarily involves supporting our Property Management division, alongside providing additional resourcing support across the wider team.

Outside of work, I’m a big sports enthusiast. I’m a keen follower of the NFL and F1, and most importantly, I’m a season ticket holder at Brighton & Hove Albion, which keeps me busy most weekends!
