I joined in 2008 as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator and after working my way up to a Lettings Operations Manager, have now settled in my role as Acorn Academy Trainer. I started my career with The Acorn Group in 2021 as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator, I joined after finishing sixth form and had no previous experience within estate agency. As soon as I started with Acorn I was surrounded and coached by my colleagues, who I found to be extremely helpful and supportive, I was made to feel part of the team straight away. I have been able to develop my skill set and progress my career, after recently obtaining a promotion to Assistant Lettings Manager.
