Job Title: Lettings Consultant Apprenticeship
Location: Nottingham

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5:30pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am to 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
Are you looking to join a well-established Estate Agency? Are you motivated, enthusiastic and career driven? If the answer is yes; this position could offer you a fantastic opportunity to join an industry leading Property Company and further your Estate Agency career.
Duties will include:
Registering new applicants who are seeking a rental property
Booking and carrying out property viewings
Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
Achieving personal and branch sales targets
Representing the company in a professional manner
Building strong relationships internally and externally
Skills required:
Self-starter with the drive to succeed.
Good telephone manner and positive attitude
Motivated and driven
