Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Diary management of directors, including appointments, travel time, effective time management and preparation of meetings and deliverables
Preparation of meeting agendas, noting of meeting minutes including the circulation of papers and follow up of actions
Divisional collation and accountability for bonus and payroll submission reports for the wider teams in North and South
Collation of data and email responses
Booking hotels and arranging travel
Email management
Collation of board report information in line with monthly deadlines
Assisting with project administration and management of tasks
Assist with preparation of ad hoc reports as and when required
Assistance with communications, presentations and other documents as required
Attending and organising quarterly regional meetings, teambuilding events, team meetings, lunches and dinners
Ordering equipment and supplies for branches and wider teams in the group
Attending meetings and taking notes
Managing teambuilding events budget and annual planning meetings
Support with Know Your Customer banking requests – collating the relevant information
Statutory audit admin support, updating regulations, maintenance of the risk register
What are we looking for:
Experience with inbox and diary management
Experience with event organisation
Good written and oral communication skills
Able to plan and prioritise
Excellent IT skills specifically Excel
Attention to detail
Able to communicate at all levels
Team player with a ‘can do’ attitude
Knowledge of property market and associated services
Experience of admin support
