Job Title: Lettings Lister
Location: Southsea

Salary: up to £35,000 OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm, 1 in 2 Saturday 9am - 1pm

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:
As a Lettings Lister you will be responsible for driving new opportunities, carrying out relevant property matches and negotiating offers between landlords and tenants.
Responsibilities:
Identifying and maximising business opportunities
Booking property viewings and registering applicants
Delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
Working towards and achieving personal and branch targets
Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
Representing the company in a professional manner
Building strong relationships with local property owners
Required Skills
To succeed as a Lettings Lister you will be ambitious, hard-working and target driven
You will also:
Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Have strong negotiation and communication skills
Enjoy working with the public over the phone and face to face
Be a competitive individual driven to succeed
Hold a full valid UK driving licence
