Location: Worthing / Camberley (Hybrid)
Salary: Competitive Salary Package
Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm

Job Summary and key responsibilities
Reporting to the Recruitment Team Leader you will be responsible for managing the end to end process for various departments and brands across the Group. Your role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, sourcing and attracting top talent, conducting video screening interviews and facilitating the selection and onboarding of candidates. You will serve as a strategic partner, advising on Recruitment strategies and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, job requirements and organizational goals
Advise and provide insights on recruitment strategies candidate sourcing methods and best practises
Utilise various recruitment channels job boards social media etc to attract a diverse pool of candidates
Proactively source and engage potential candidates through targeted searches and networking efforts
Conduct initial candidate screenings including reviewing resumes on applications and conducting phone and in person interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Assist in the development and negotiation of job offers ensuring alignment with organisational policies and compensation guidelines
Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth on boarding process for new hires

Understanding of recruitment processes sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques (Desirable)
Excellent communication interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to multitask prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
