Job Title: Procedural Administrator FTC
Location: Remote

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm
Contract Length: until 31st December 2027

Key Responsibilities:
Procedural Administration
Assist in the collating of Right to Rent data across the business, liaising with the branches and property management departments where necessary to ensure checks are accurately recorded.
Assist in the management of the ongoing Right to Rent reviews across the business, liaising with the branches and property management departments where necessary to ensure checks are accurately completed within required timescales.
Using the CRM to track data and manage reviews.
Check and record Right to Rent reviews in database and chase tenants where relevant.
Provide reporting of risks to the business in relation to expired Right to Rent
Assist with contractor onboarding support
Projects
Assist in or carrying out any special projects, research with the utmost discretion
Be prepared to learn new systems/databases/practices in order to aid role out to lettings business
These duties may be reasonably amended from time to time at the discretion of the management.
What are we looking for:
Good IT Skills including good knowledge of Word and Excel
Good attention to detail
Knowledge of Reapit advantageous but not essential
Enthusiastic, proactive and adaptable individual able to deal with a diverse and demanding workload
Have high organisation skills and the ability to prioritise tasks with excellent time management
Ability to manage own time and work remotely in busy and complex role
