Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue monthly, Weekly and Quarterly income & expenditure/Portfolio reports for multiple landlords
Timely completion of any required reporting.
Understanding and explaining ledger transactions to support queries for landlords.
Reviewing landlord and tenant ledgers/accounts.
Liaising with Landlords and Branches over both phone and Email.
Deal with queries via Fresh Desk Ticket Service
Assisting property managers and branches with queries.
Supporting the team across other tasks where required.
What are we looking for:
Essential:
Ability to produce clear, accurate, and well-structured financial reports – training provided
Strong telephony expertise is essential
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail
Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple landlord accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis)
Effective communication skills for working with landlords and finance professionals
Time management skills with the ability to meet strict reporting deadlines
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving financial queries
Strong reconciliation skills and ability to identify discrepancies
Desirable:
Experience within a property or client accounting related role.
Solutions focused, able to identify and implement proactive solutions for the benefit of the client, preventing escalation and delivering an excellent client experience.
A good understanding of the residential lettings sector, the role of client accounting and key skills required.
Previous experience using Reapit.
