Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm
About Bode:
Bode Insurance Solutions is looking for a proactive and organised Insurance Administrator to join our growing team.
You’ll support the day-to-day administration of our tenant and landlord insurance products, helping ensure policies are arranged, updated and serviced accurately while delivering a great experience for customers and our letting-agent partners.
This is a varied role covering the full policy lifecycle — ideal for someone who enjoys administration, customer contact and working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Processing new insurance applications and issuing policy documentation
Handling renewals, mid-term adjustments and cancellations
Responding to customer and branch enquiries by phone and email
Liaising with insurers and internal teams to resolve queries quickly
Maintaining accurate records across our insurance systems
Supporting premium payments, refunds and Direct Debit queries
Ensuring work is completed in line with FCA and company procedures
What we’re looking for:
Previous insurance experience (1 year minimum)
Strong administration skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills and a professional phone manner
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
A customer-focused and team-oriented approach
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Desirable (not essential):
Experience in property, lettings, or customer service administration
Familiarity with insurance systems such as Acturis
