Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Refurbishment & Estates Managers
Completing the life cycle of works completed from invoicing to raising and chasing works orders
Liaising with contractors to ensure KPIs are met
Arrange audit visits for tenanted properties
Maintaining and creating documents in excel, where necessary
Sending out regular communications to residents
Liasing/chasing contractors for start/finish dates
General chasing to ensure compliance in place
What are we looking for:
This role requires a self-motivated and organised individual who can use initiative to solve problems.
Exceptional customer service skills and effective communication both verbal and written.
IT literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Experience of general administration would be a significant benefit to the role.
Must have ability to work from both home and Head Office in Reading
