Job Title: Trainee New Homes Sales Consultant

Job Summary and key responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
To generate new interest on current and upcoming developments with daily applicant ring rounds.
To assist with viewings with potential purchasers on current developments.
Ensure all viewings and ring rounds are followed up and feedback documented.
To maximise cross selling opportunities. (Mortgages, Conveyancing, Sales & Lettings Valuations and Survey leads)
To assist with sales progression when required.
To carry out monthly market research on competitor development sites.
To ensure information on our current developments is present and correct at residential offices.
To regularly visit and maintain a good relationship with local residential offices and attend morning meetings. Ensure all marketing material held is current and the negotiators are up to date with current and upcoming developments.
What are we looking for:
Full and clean driving license
Confident with computers, excel and word documents
To be a motivated individual
Ability to work within a team and confidently work alone
Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines
Strong organisational skills
Excellent phone manner
Willing to travel to different sites on viewings & holiday and sickness cover when necessary.
May be required to work on a New Homes development initially to gain experience
