Job Summary and Key Responsibilities:     

We’re looking for a confident, friendly and motivated individual to join our successful Mansfield sales team as a Part-Time Accompanied Viewer / Sales Consultant, with occasional holiday cover for the sales team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, loves property, and wants to be part of a fast-paced, professional estate agency. You’ll play a key role in showcasing our properties, building relationships with buyers, and supporting the team during busier periods.

Duties will include:  

• Conduct accompanied viewings for sales properties

• Provide knowledgeable, enthusiastic property tours to potential buyers

• Build rapport with clients and identify their needs

• Gather and relay buyer feedback to the sales team and sellers

• Support the sales negotiators with follow-up calls and enquiries

• Assist with general sales office duties during occasional holiday cover

• Help progress offers and sales where required

• Represent the Leaders brand professionally at all times

Skills required:  

• Confident, personable and well-presented

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Target-driven with a positive, proactive attitude

• Organised and reliable, with good attention to detail

• Flexible and happy to provide occasional holiday cover when required

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle essential

• Previous estate agency or sales experience is desirable but not essential – full training provided
