Establish and maintain robust governance, including plans, RAID, dependencies, milestones, and executive reporting
Partner with the Heard of Data Services to deliver a robust data migration strategy and execution, ensuring:
Data accuracy, completeness, and integrity
Clear reconciliation and sign-off processes
Compliance with regulatory and client money requirements
Coordinate cross-functional integration activities across business and technology teams
Ensure operational readiness at go-live, including:
Staff onboarding and training
Process alignment and documentation
Support models and hypercare arrangements
Drive post go-live integration, ensuring teams adopt standard ways of working and systems are used effectively
Work with operational leadership to ensure customer service standards are protected and enhanced
Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact service quality, compliance, or staff adoption
Essential Experience
Proven delivery of M&A integrations, including post go-live stabilisation
Strong background in project / programme management with disciplined governance
Demonstrable experience owning data migration quality and reconciliation
Experience integrating business operations and technology simultaneously
Comfortable operating in regulated, compliance-driven environments
Strong stakeholder management across operational, technical, and leadership teams
Highly Desirable
Experience in estate agency, property management, or financial services
Exposure to client accounts / client money regulation
Experience with Reapit, D365 or similar CRM/Finance platforms
Background in acquisition-led or private-equity-backed organisations
Candidate Profile
